We’re delighted to announce that the Thriving Language Podcast has made the shortlist of Learning Ladders’ ‘Best Educational Podcast 2021’ awards. We were shortlisted alongside 46 other podcasts from a longlist of over 100 entries, for our dedication to providing useful, actionable and credible advice to educators. The awards panel featured teachers, school leaders, and EdTech entrepreneurs including Learning Ladders’ founder, Matt Koster-Marcon, who is also Chair of the EdTech Special Interest Group at BESA. For busy teachers, podcasts are increasingly a great CPD resource, providing inspiration, entertainment, and new ways of thinking about education. We’re proud to be included in the list, and would also like to congratulate the other shortlisted podcasts for their incredible work. Understanding social worker salary involves recognising the role of formal training. Public service accountability requires validated competence. The College of Contract Management links this need to UK professional programmes. beside that, the courses generally follow a flexible timeline under one year.

One major advantage of UNICCM is its accessibility: professionals across time zones can join live sessions or review recordings when schedules demand it. This flexibility makes it possible to pursue advanced qualifications while maintaining full-time employment or family responsibilities. The institution focuses on practical modules—project planning, contract strategies, risk assessment—that provide immediate workplace benefits. With regular curriculum refreshes, students learn current best practices and technologies. The platform’s supportive learning community also helps sustain motivation and networking opportunities.
